Description

Yarra Libraries are proud to be partnering with Aboriginal Housing Victoria, The Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC) and Victorian Aboriginal Corporation for Languages (VACL) to deliver this National Reconciliation Week 2019 event on the rooftop of Bargoonga Nganjin, North Fitzroy Library.

This event includes a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony, a live musical performance from Kokatha/Gunditjmara songman Dave Arden and speeches from our partners on the theme of Grounded in Truth: Walk Together in Courage.
